We collect your name, email address, phone number, payment identifiers such as UPI IDs and Paytm wallet references, and device data. We do not collect data beyond what is needed to operate your account and process your transactions.

Account Security

We collect your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and the payment identifiers you use — such as your UPI ID or Paytm wallet number — along with device type and IP address logged at the time of login.

Payment identifiers are stored in encrypted form and accessed only by our transaction-processing systems. We do not store full card numbers. UPI reference IDs and Paytm tokens are kept for the period required to resolve disputes and then purged.

Yes. Log in, go to Settings, and select Data Export. You will receive a downloadable file within 48 hours. The file includes your account details, transaction history, and communication logs held against your account.

Submit a deletion request through the Data and Privacy section in your Account Settings or email our privacy desk. We will delete all data not required by law within 30 days and send you a confirmation email when the process is complete.
